Pranyaas elder care plans start at Rs 199 a month for Care Connect, which has no in person visits. Essential is Rs 3,500 a month with one Care Manager home visit, Standard is Rs 7,999 with four visits, and Premium is Rs 14,999 with eight visits. Every plan is billed monthly, has no setup fee and no lock in, and can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time.

Call us 24/7Are the plan fees the full cost, or do services cost extra?
The monthly plan fee covers your Care Manager, the visits in that plan and the coordination of everything else. Third party costs such as hospital bills, ambulance charges, medicines, lab tests and a home nurse are billed separately at actual cost.
Is GST extra?
Yes. All plans are billed monthly and taxes are extra as per Indian law.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Plans run month to month with no lock in and no setup fee. You can move up when your parents need more support, move down when they need less, or pause and restart.
What counts as a home visit?
A Care Manager visit of about 2 hours at your parents' home. Standard includes four a month, usually weekly, and Premium includes eight, usually twice a week. Essential includes one.
How soon does care start after I subscribe?
Your Care Manager is assigned and the first home visit with a vitals check happens within 48 hours of subscribing.
What is included in the Rs 199 Care Connect plan?
Care Connect is app based, with no in person visits. It includes one tap SOS emergency coordination, a digital locker for medical records, automatic medicine reminders, task coordination through the app, one Care Manager support call a month, the Pranyaas Privilege Card for medical savings, and a directory of verified providers and pharmacies near your parents.
Which cities are these plans available in?
Our teams work on the ground in Mumbai, Pune and Navi Mumbai. The setup and management can be done remotely from anywhere in the world.
How do I cancel?
Write to us or tell your Care Manager. There is no lock in and no cancellation penalty.
