It is the coordination and delivery of a senior’s complete healthcare inside their own home. With Pranyaas that means doctor appointments booked and attended, nurses and physiotherapists arranged, medicines delivered and tracked, lab tests collected at the door, medical records kept in one place, and equipment set up where needed. A dedicated Care Manager owns all of it and reports back to the family.
Do you provide the nurse yourself or arrange one?
We arrange pre screened nurses and attendants through our healthcare partner Ayushya Healthcare, and your Care Manager supervises the placement, the handover and the quality of care. The Care Manager is a direct Pranyaas employee, never outsourced.
Is the cost of doctors, nurses, medicines and tests included in the plan?
No. The monthly plan fee covers your Care Manager, the home visits in your plan and all the coordination. Doctors, nurses, medicines, lab tests, equipment rental and hospital bills are billed separately at actual cost, with receipts shared with you.
Can I join my parents’ doctor consultation from abroad?
Yes. We arrange video consultations you can join, and for physical visits your Care Manager attends, takes notes and sends you the doctor’s advice, the prescription and the next steps the same day. You are never relying on a worried parent to relay medical information.
How do you make sure my parents actually take their medicines?
Prescriptions are delivered from verified pharmacies on a schedule, call and message reminders go out for each dose, and the Care Manager checks the actual stock at each visit. Medicines quietly stopping is the most common failure in elder care, so it is checked rather than assumed.
What if my parents need a nurse at short notice?
Call our 24/7 number. Nursing is arranged based on what the doctor has advised, and your Care Manager coordinates the placement. In an emergency our target is to act within 15 minutes, which is covered under emergency care assistance.
Is home care suitable if my parent has a serious condition?
For most seniors who are frail rather than critically ill, home care delivers the medical attention without the disruption of relocating. Where a condition genuinely needs round the clock clinical supervision, a hospital or facility is the right answer and we will tell you that honestly.
