An unhealthy diet can also cause eye disorders. Healthy foods can prevent serious eye disorders. A healthy diet must include vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other vitamins.

Here are some eye conditions which can be caused due to nutrients deficiency.

Kale can prevent serious eye conditions as it contains eye-protective antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin. Both antioxidants are also effective to slow down aging and prevent cataracts.

Our both are not able to make both antioxidants naturally so you have to add them in your diet regularly. Kale, spinach, pepper, and many other vegetables contain these antioxidants. You can make a salad with these vegetables or cook them.

Eggs:

The egg is a great food that contains various nutrients. The yolk of the egg is also good for health. Previously yolk was considered unhealthy as it was believed that it increases the bad cholesterol level. But according to new studies, it is beneficial for health.

Egg yolk contains plenty of nutrients including vitamin A, zinc, zeaxanthin, and lutein. All these nutrients are good for the health of the eyes and improve vision.

Eggs can be consumed in breakfast, lunch, dinner, or anytime as a snack. Hard-boiled eggs are commonly used in sandwiches, sweet dishes, various other food items.
